Thank you for your review. Although we respectfully disagree with some of your points, we are sincerely sorry to hear about your negative experience with the company. AVI-SPL is extremely proud of the collection of incredible employees we have. A couple of those points of pride include employee retention, with roughly a third of our team having spent over 5 years with us, and nearly a fifth over a decade. This number is even more significant when you take into account our significant growth in that time. We cherish our collection of experience, talented youth, and accomplished recent hires that resulted in AVI-SPL posting its best performance to-date in 2015, and setting us up for even more success in 2016 and beyond.
