Pros
Work in nice hotels, lots of good people at mid management and lower levels.
Cons
Company is run dictatorially from the top down, micro managed by CEO who insists on making every decision. No trust of leadership learning to managers with no real authority or voice. Promises not kept., especially regarding salary increases.
