I was able to recognize my weakness and learned that I need to learn to say no and fight for my rights.
Cons
The management takes advantage of anyone who is kind enough or those who cannot say no to orders and requests. If you're that kind of person, like me, expect working extended hours without getting paid overtime pay. You don't even get the appreciation you deserve and importance in the company.
