Opportunities to learn so much about your field and gain meaningful experience from it. I appreciate all these learnings and experience.
Cons
The long hours, overwhelming workload and extreme management pressure became too much for me to handle. I didn't think anyone could keep up with the demands of the job. I was really happy at first but the management didn't take into consideration maintaining a healthy work-life balance for their employees so most of us got burned out.
