Pros
Hire techs with little experience, support a wide range of schedules, starting pay was at 16.50, some managers are amazing
Cons
Does not offer any hands on training, often go weeks without being scheduled, Promote terrible managers, no work culture, gear is run down, company charges client double for over night set up but does not pay technicians more for working overnight shifts, cannot get a raise (even after working a full year), unorganized. The worst job i have ever had. Corporate doesn't care about employee issues. no opportunities for advancement. Better as a side gig than an actual job.
