      Pros

      Ideas are listened too, "flat" Leadership team, New equipment regularly, Supervisors seem to really care, lots of opportunity to have authorship over your own job. Incentive plan for managers is best have seen.

      Cons

      Company is spread out and advancement can be difficult without relocation. Insurance and Benefits are not the best in the industry.
