Pros
Easy work, a lot of sitting, and a relaxed work environment when the higher ups aren't walking around.
Cons
Whenever someone breaks any rule, it gets brought down unfairly on everyone. (I.E. if anyone is caught using a phone, they ban any and all electronic devices) Also, overtime is said to be optional, but there has been spurts of mandatory 10 hr/wk overtime for 12-16 weeks with no reprieve
