We hate that someone who was employed or associated with our company feels this way. We work hard to make exits painless for people who chose to leave. AVOXI is not an environment for everyone - we work hard and play hard too. Our culture doesn’t do 9 to 5 roles very well - but we don’t kill people either. We are a fast growing small company - we try to do as much as possible as fast as possible at a high quality level. We want to win! We all pitch in and make a difference. We are obsessed with our goals and metrics and making things better every day. Our advice to anyone reading this review - come talk to us and see for yourself.
