      Pros

      Plenty of time to read the news.

      Cons

      Leadership has no value. CEO makes all decisions. Without her nothing gets done. Good luck getting her to answer text or phones calls with her bad mouthing you and everyone in the office. Nothing you do is ever right and every good idea you have will get shut down. Don't expect OT ever!

      No direction from leadership Impossible to sell the product is a repackaged multiple time credit card sale Fake reviews I saw the start of creating reviews current employees are leaving reviews etc just deceptive

      Pros

      Getting a paycheck every week instead of bi-weekly.

      Cons

      Toxic owner and ineffective management. No annual raises or bonuses for performance. Low pay and very little pto and minimal benefits. No overtime offered.
