From Day 1 it was very apparent that the Partners main priority is their staff and their well being. The openness within the Firm, at all levels, is wonderful. You are listened to, you are valued, it is very much a family environment and the Partners are visible daily, approachable, available, open and transparent. I am working remotely and was given two weeks grace to settle in, find my feet, do the training and learn the systems, policies and procedures The case management system is world class and allows you to focus on the job you are paid to do instead of hours spent on admin and remedial work After working within the industry for 23 years I was on the verge of quitting. This Firm has absolutely restored my faith and I genuinely feel blessed to be part of AVRillo
