Good, professional working environment, I always felt safe working on site and felt comfortable talking to my managers about anything. Also bi-weekly payouts are a huge plus over the 30-90 day companies in the area.

The worst part about the job I'd have to say is not getting reimbursed for parking but that's not a standard practice anywhere in the industry and it's a tax write off at the end of the year so can't be too mad

Friendly work atmosphere. This job made you stay on top of your knowledge of the industry with kept you at the height of the jobs that your are require to preform.

Hard to advance up ad through the ranks if you do not have a degree even if you have the knowledge of the business and what it is that needed to do the job.
