Pros

Not sure there are any.

Cons

They will fire you and will not provide a reason. It will happen right before you qualify for health insurance. Company office culture is nonexistent, there will be zero efforts by "management," to get to know you. They do not care about you. There is no real design work, they rip everything off. You will do nothing but drudge through a disorganized file systems tying to find hang tags and labels for tech packs. When there is no work to be done you will be asked to download and slightly alter internet images for their "prints."

Pros

Creative and nimble company that has adapted to the changes in the retail industry for over 30 years. Amazing team that is hard working and talented. Lots of opportunities for growth within the company.

Cons

Some challenges to business during the pandemic, but that is basically every company across most industries nowadays

Pros

There are a few select coworkers who are very nice & great to be around, unfortunately I can’t say that for everyone who works there. Other than that no other pros

Cons

Wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to work here. - They don’t care about their employees , everyone is just a “body” (as they say internally) - One owner is extremely moody, rude and walks past you as if you don’t exist. The other owner seems to have anger management problems (IMO) and talks down and disrespects people through emails. Everyone just accepts his temper and just says “that’s just the way he is” - Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting , I feel embarrassed for them. - Company is full of nepotism. There’s free daily lunch for their favorites & family. - The product is hideous and not something you should feel proud to work on. It’s all product that just gets sold on major discount at Macys and other stores that people nowadays don’t shop at - The weirdest part - no one speaks at all in the office. It’s dead silent all day , which just goes to show the company “culture”. I’ve never worked anywhere where no one speaks it was truly a shock to me - No contracts. When I started I was given a “contract” by my supervisor but turns out the supervisor had written the contract themselves bc the company “doesn’t give contracts”. Very shady practice to make it seem to new hires that they’re a normal company. - Pay is very low. You need to review EVERY paycheck. they don’t have HR or payroll person & there’s constant mess ups. Your pay amount will not be right and if you don’t say anything they don’t fix it on their own. - They use archaic software systems and your job will essentially be to just put things in their system over and over again. No new tasks, nothing new to learn just use the system and repeat
