9 day fortnight…. Actually 8 days as you’re advised not to come in as it will show the team up! Although there are a lot of negatives there are some genuinely talented people in the organisation who do care and work hard.
Cons
There’s a big shift at the moment as there is scrutiny from the government and MoD regarding spending and the organisation as a whole. This has resulted in a squabble of Mid to Senior level management building old boys clubs disguised as cutting edge delivery focused teams. There is zero accountability among anyone and if you are not willing to bash your subcontractors you will be hung out to dry.
