      Pros

      Guter Lohn für die Region. Stetig steigender Lohn durch Gewerkschaft. Steigender Lohn durch Mitarbeiterbewertungen ( kann, muss nicht ) . Kantine verpflegt einen mit Frühstück und Mittagessen. Soziale Mitarbeiter , man wird gut angenommen !

      Cons

      Zum Teil Extreme Lautstärke an den Maschinen. Sehr schlechte Luft am Arbeitsplatz , keine Lüftungsmöglichkeiten. Ständige Überstunden . Stetige Arbeit an Samstagen oft Überstunden unter der Woche.
