Pros

They pay really well if you know more than one language. Some colleagues are really nice and open to help you with anything you need. Good bonuses and benefits. Good work-life balance.

Cons

Supervisors don't care / don't help you. Everybody has their own way of doing things, so they'll always tell you you're doing it wrong. Supervisors will open your line while you're finishing the previous task, so you have to juggle multiple clients at once. Clients don't listen.
