Pros
Global company, if you so happen to get lucky and get off the sales desk there seems to be opportunity but good luck doing so. They favor externals to the extreme
Cons
As an internal there's no increase in base salary after 50k - level 3 internal., you have to pay for your own parking if you want to drive in, company does not provide WATER besides from a rusty water fountain, no one has seen a spot bonus in YEARS but they spoil and give everything to their external wholesalers
