      Pros

      Fellow colleagues are great, the training is comprehensive and the shifts are varied to suit needs. Weekends one in 4 so helps with flexibility and varied bank holiday working.

      Cons

      Management are unapproachable and show little empathy. There's a lot of favouritism.

      Hands on training, plenty of call practice before engaging with customers in this client-facing role. Reward for meeting performance targets (AHT) and for career progression Accountability and ownership of role

      At times can be waiting a while for seniors policy approval with customer on the phone
