Pros
The people at this company are some of the most friendliest and kindest coworkers an employee can ask for. Friday night happy hours with coworkers will definitely be in your social calendar. The open level of communication from management on down, regarding employee expectations, company performance, account specific regulations, and the "just being there" feeling is hard to replace.
Cons
Being cursed out on the phones is never fun, but it comes with the territory. One of the more important concerns would be shifting client demands. In addition, AXA affiliated companies which provide operations management have a completely different, almost nonsensical approach.
