AXA Partners is a great place to work. You are given loads of autonomy on the work needed to be done. My colleagues are some of the best I have worked with. They are smart, engaging, challenging (in a good way), and all driving for the same purpose. There is crystal clear and concrete focus on the customer. We all know the mission and are working hard to achieve it. We are transforming our business, and change is a way of life so it is best to embrace it from the beginning, but this can be exciting as well as it creates opportunities to grow and develop professionally. Benefits and pay are good and work-life balance is there for you (you just need to practice it). You have the opportunity to volunteer in communities and give back in meaningful ways.
