So much that you can learn and great experience. The assistance you get and the progression is a lot. A lot of opportunities for different roles. Need more time to give full breadth of pros.
Cons
Redhill isn’t the best place though the office is very good. It’s call centre work and time for respite or the system of how holidays work are not as bad as retail but not like most job roles. If you’re not someone who is interested in a lot of calls every day, this job is not for you
