We do appreciate that the nature of some of the work we do at AXA can contribute to a pressured environment and recognise all the work that our colleagues do. We’re always developing training and mentoring programmes to support colleagues – especially when things get busy. I’m sorry that you haven’t felt supported by us in this way and understand how this must have negatively impacted your experience.
