Thanks for taking the time to share your views. We’re always monitoring our sector and the wider employment environment to make sure we stay ahead, so it’s great to hear you’ve been able to enjoy the rewards and benefits we provide.
We do appreciate that the nature of some of the work we do at AXA can contribute to a pressured environment and recognise all the work that colleagues do. We’re always developing training and mentoring programmes to support colleagues, providing them with the skills and knowledge to help customers – especially for when things get busy. I’m sorry that you haven’t felt supported by us in this way and understand how this must have negatively impacted your experience and mental wellbeing.
