      Pros

      The company provides opportunities to those who want it. I've been funded to complete a CII qualification and to complete a business analysis apprenticeship. The culture of the company is good enjoy working with my colleagues.

      Cons

      Due to the age and size of the business there are many systems that don't integrate well.

      Pros

      Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

      Cons

      Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
