1. Salary received on time. 2. Over time paid as everybody is expected to work for 12 hours. Good way to earn extra money above your salary. 3. Best place to work for single and lonely people without any social life because you can stretch 9 hours work to 12 hours and earn extra income by way of overtime. 4. Right place to learn and move on for better career growth.
Cons
1. There is no management, only dictatorship. You can be insulted in an open forum. 2. HR is a puppet who has no say in anything. 3. You are expected to forget your social and personal life because you become their slaves. Holidays and leaves can get cancelled anytime. 4. Outdated working style. Mobile phones are not allowed. Only landline phones. These days even schools are digital. 5. Best way to please management is to sit in office for minimum 12 hours and behave like puppets. No need to use your brains or express your opinion. 6. No growth or new learning. 7. Too much micro management and interference.
