Pros
good culture and working environment coaching is good, but not all receives it
Cons
micromanagement culture, need to do many reporting. activities only conducted in Malaysia - neglecting colleagues from other countries. no increment, low benefits. Townhall is very boring and dull under the current HR team, even if there are activities it seems to be mostly about upper management. HR team is fluff - only listens to upper management and do their biddings. HR manager gets promoted without a proper HR background experience - causing unhappiness, unjust and low in morale.
