      I loved working with the children. Growth

      Cons

      Unfortunately, management attempted to manipulate me into doing what they wanted me to do. Unkind and unfair. Growth in the company would mean no longer working with the children, which is not worth it.

      Pros

      Developing relationships with children, school staff, and families.

      Cons

      Under-resourced programs- always trying to save a buck instead of providing quality pay to employees, materials for activities, etc. I left because they kept enrolling kids and wouldn't give me enough staff so we were out of ratio often and I didn't feel like I could run a safe program.
