      Great coworkers, relatively stable employment

      Cons

      Below average pay, management willing to lie at every turn to make themselves look better and to keep you around, lying outright about what your future with the company is, deceptive interview to oversell the position, and a lack of HR for egregious snafus.

      Pros

      Management is understanding and supportive. Flexible hours. No micromanaging as long as you show results and able to perform the task and job.

      Cons

      Benefits are not great at the moment but it’s a start up. I’m sure there will be more benefits to come as the company builds.
