A few genuine people come into the business, which is nice while it lasts, until they leave after seeing what's going on here.
Cons
Poor management - very uneducated, no vision, no incentives for hard work or extra hours worked. Micromanaged work environment and attendance policy. Bully culture. Very low professional and personal ethics. Extremely high turnover - for simple and obvious reasons. Virtually no benefits package. Small health spending allowance. They wont provide employees with any perks in the slightest to work for them. No coffee, no benefits etc. Provide the legal minimum and put that money in their pockets. Few procedures set in place, lack of structure. This company has been around for 25 years and continues to run like a startup. Ownership has no idea how much money they lose on turnover. Shows their childish education, stubborn personality, and lack of compassion for their employees/culture. The two owners and VP's will ask you for everything, and provide you with a well below industry paying salary. Stay as far away as possible.
