Literally and mentally a toxic work environment, no working ventilation so you’re hotboxing toxic fumes for 7.5 hrs. Manipulative management that will take advantage of you (while talking smack about you behind your back). Owner only cares about profits and nothing else, and that style of management trickles down the chain of command leaving the whole operation an absolute nightmare. Nobody’s happy there, except for when the supervisor doesn’t show up for her shift. Owner cuts every corner imaginable to save a buck. No regard for safety, I’m shocked this is still an operating business.
