You can put your career on halt. If you are comfortable where you are and do not mind long work hours and abuse from senior coworkers who has settled since 7-8 years at company.
Cons
Lead/senior level employees will not respect your personal life at all. They will expect and demand work even late at night. office politics, people tend to hold grudges for even if something is their fault and you simply point it out. blaming others is glorified here if you are mid level manager and blaming someone working under you, you'll stay at this company for decades.
