Pros
Absolutely nothing considering is a traumatic place
Cons
This is, without exaggeration, the worst place I have ever worked in.
They are delusional enough to believe they are producing couture-level garments, when in reality the work is closer to low-quality mass production. The designs might look nice and the fabrics might be acceptable, but this is nowhere near couture.
The real issue, however, is the owner. She has absolutely no idea how to run a brand, manage orders, or treat employees. Zero leadership, zero organisation, and absolutely no respect for basic human dignity.
People are expected to work from 8am until 10–11pm, and sometimes even until 5am. Not once are meals or even water provided, while she comfortably orders food for herself without the slightest consideration for the team.
You are not even allowed to open the front door for fresh air, as if she thinks she’s living in Buckingham Palace and anyone cares about what’s going on inside. It’s honestly ridiculous.
There is no training, no structure, no professional guidance — just constant pressure and unreasonable reactions over nothing.
I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this place, even if you are desperate. You are far better off working at Pret.
In over 10 years of my career, I have never walked away from a job like this. I’ve dealt with bad management before, but I have never felt so disrespected, undervalued, and exploited
