      Interesting environment of oportunities. Lean and descentralised organisation, that give power and autonomy to the subsidiaries. Multinational and multi cultural exprerience.

      Cons

      So much pressure on reaching targets. Some times strategical decisions made in HQ, without the local management involvement, a bit demotivating.
