      Pros

      decent pay but still not worth it for me.

      Cons

      Rude ungrateful owners, doesn't care about their employees just want you to do the job so they can get paid. Will refuse to pay you for doing a job if you quit. Falsify 1099 to suit them. If I'd have known then what I know now, I would have not applied at all.

      Pros

      Good pay for starting positions. Finds work for you very fast.

      Cons

      Most positions are mandatory overtime. (10 hour shifts)

      Pros

      Flexible hours, meaning working at any time of day and for as many hours as desired.

      Cons

      The scheduling staff can be very obnoxious, such as calling you non-stop to fill shifts when you already told them you're too busy.
