AavantiBio truly cares about their mission which is to find a cure for rare genetic diseases. Along the way, I have experienced from the leadership and throughout the company, a genuine attitude of caring for the employees. My co-workers are some of the best in the industry, and demonstrate a willingness to work across teams to accomplish our goals. The benefits have only gotten better since I started, and they are actually some of the most competitive offerings that I have seen in our local area. The company cares about developing the careers of those from within the organization.
Cons
It's a growing company, so you have to be willing to wear multiple hats at times, but I have had to do that at well established companies as well.
