      - Decent product and good timing in the market

      Cons

      - Company is run very badly from right at the top. No idea about compassion or caring for employees. - Seems like they have had a revolving door in sales because people running the company don't understand sales but can't stay away from it - Talk about culture but lack of accountability at the top and constant pressure drive a culture of fear and unnecessary pressure.

      Pros

      Everyone in the company is dedicated to the success of Abacum as a whole- we are in it together. The culture is incredible- when interviewing, the founders were very transparent, honest, kind, and humble. The whole team is hard working and supportive. Feels like a big family- we push each other to improve, but in a kind and caring way.

      Cons

      Not a con, but Abacum is a startup, which means there are a lot of moving pieces. You must be agile, adaptive, and enjoy the fast-pace energy of that environment. I personally love it, but not for everyone.
