Pros
There are some very good folks who are professional, know how to get things done and have a strong commitment to the Nations Space Program, despite the disastrous Abacus Technologies, Inc. contract at KSC. Pay is average and it's benefits are average - flextime and quarterly increases.
Cons
Executive & Senior Management are criminal in how they have destroyed morale, devastated the institutional knowledge and allowed unfettered accountability of work preformed, quality, efficiency, and out-right unethical behavior by Union employees. HR (local) is non-supportive and overwhelmed to employee issues and complaints. First-line managers are a revolving door, don't stick around and have no support (never see them) spend all day in meetings.
