Pros

The company as a whole is a good company to work for. They care about their employees and go out of their way to make the working environment fun, company wide. Most employees are there for the long haul because of this. Great vacation package. They treat their customers like gold. Each branch hosts a large party for all their customers every year. Everyone has a wonderful time, including employees.

Cons

The health plan they use is based out of TX and is not very well established in the state in which I worked making it challenging to find drs that accepted the plan. As with most companies, the Customer Service Reps are not recognized like they should be, although they did, start allowing the CSRs to attend the yearly sales meetings about three years ago.

Pros

Great people here. The more I hear and see from management, the more I believe that they really do try to take care of the team members! Nobody's perfect and I'm sure your mileage may vary depending where you are or who your manager is but my expeirence has been great so far.

Cons

Mid-sized company so advancement opportunities may be few and far between if you're in certain roles. Depends where you're located and what department.
