Pros
Generally really good work culture (obviously depends on management). You'll find many people have worked here 10+ years happily going on as there's always possibility to get in-house opportunities to switch departments depending on your interest if you'd like to explore something new. The community is quite close, there's plenty communal activities depending on the season. I've been really happy to work here.
Cons
As in most places, some managers and supervisors can have conflicting personalities (though I've found people mend and move on quickly). Some areas are chronically understaffed so workload gets pretty heavy, but the people working here make it manageable.
