Salary, flexibility to work anywhere , people within your team and also other coworkers sometimes have better solutions to problems and understand poor management, so they offer advice and support - the advice I was given was to leave the toxic management and environment.
Cons
No formal training is provided, dull team environment with poor management. Some people will hover over you and complain on how much they hate working here. Very negative and toxic place to work. Not many friendly people, awful handover, upper management are weak performers that do not fully understand how to lead a team (which is why so many talented people leave) .
