Pros
Great company overall for learning the industry. Great pay and benefits. Steer towards Supply Chain, manufacturing or support areas but stay clear of the pharmacy, at least from my perspective, unless you like running in circles.
Cons
Poor management selection, you have to be a yes man and too many managers with a lack of experience running loose making decisions which can be detrimental to the company when discovered in audits. No real future for the pharmacy if they can't get more products and reduce costs. Changes being made prior to procedures being updated. Sups and managers blatantly telling you to just do it anyway even if a process is wrong.
