Pros
Beautiful grounds, some work life flexibility, solid company, if you make the opportunity there could be lots of opportunities to grow your skills but not necessarily be rewarded for them.
Cons
Management sabotage projects rather than add value to move them aling; management more concerned about their titles than actually assuring work is being performed accurately. No value is placed on hard working employees, racial and age discrimination is rampant and accepted throughout the organization. Lots of money is wasted on projects due to managers political posturing and on and on. This can be a very combative environment and I wouldn't recommend it for the entry level or faint at hard . However, if you can survive here you have you've earned your worrier badge and can work almost anywhere. 😉
