Since transitioning from Abbott the shift towards a more nimble biotech is evident in the work that is done. The focus on a successful future is talked about on day to day basis. Cons
Campus is spread out and requires day to day planning to get to meetings, etc. Having most or all employees at the same location would be beneficial for cross collaboration. Some employees are on the train of change and others are still at the station, challenging to get new ideas through.
