If you are a company about to be acquired by Abbvie and wondering what will happen to your team, it is unfortunate but you can expect no communication from them. Do not expect them to review your employee’s contributions, talent, and value to your current employer, their loyalty, or their qualifications. They consider none of this and will do what they want and with no communication or willingness to consider any way other than their own. It’s very sad.
