Pros
Remote work can be flexible. You get work phones and good benefits but they are very expensive. It was a good name in pharma but maybe not for much longer. If you are favored, you will go far. If not, good luck moving anywhere.
Cons
Poor Pay; retaliatory culture; very toxic remote environment; managers can be bullies. AbbVie perpetuates a notion of challenging the status quo but will destroy anyone who steps out of line. Not a very rewarding environment for high performers. Best bet is to keep your head down and wait for the next job opportunity and pray you don't get laid off.
