Pros
The office is within walking distance of the city centre. The tea ladies are a welcome reprieve, with tea and coffee delivered to your desk twice a day. The dress code is smart casual, with causal Fridays for those who are not client facing. The most senior management are all genuinely lovely people, who love their jobs and their company. Nice offsite company days.
Cons
Some issues with mid level managers, not always treating colleagues very nicely and that being somewhat accepted, as managers are viewed as more important. The salary is not very competitive and benefits are few. computer systems are outdated and sluggish to run. High churn of staff in lower roles, so promotions go to longer serving employees and as such are not always on merit.
