Management Bonus Pay Work hours

Nothing I feel like it's a great place to work

This used to be a lovely place to work with managers and directors taking an interest in us, and helped out when we had problems both at work and at home. Large bonus, if you sell hard enough it can be almost as much as your salary!

The company changed over the last 3 years, with senior management now only interested in themselves and what they can get from us, they give the impression they are better than us and don't listen to what we are saying. There is more pressure now that ever before to sell and hit target. Yes there are bonuses for doing this, but the majority of us were on minimum wage, and we lost a lot of money when on leave and not earning bonus as they don't seem to pay holiday pay like my new employer does.
