I've never worked with a company that encourages harassment and fear from the top down. From day 1, people who'd been with the company for 10+ years were terrified they would get fired and lose their job. I know of 6 employees who had open harassment investigations in HR and all HR could do was say that they knew there was a problem in the Pediatric Division, but that management let lower management do whatever they wanted. Intimidation, harassment, and a company that sees illness as weakness.
