Pros

Nice clean surrounding and beautiful environment. Good pension and benefits.

Cons

Nasty toxic culture. Too many friends and relatives at high position posts hence wrong people being promoted, hence Very poor callous management. Extremely unethical hence there are always problems with product quality....a few nasty character infest the whole establishment. Most of the people only there for the money, they don't care about the company or people's life. If you do care, you are ostracised or the people in charge will try and cause you problem as obviously their main objective is to protect their jobs and their friends and family working in the company. Nepotism Rules. There is a strong rascists culture in some people who are in charge. Not necessary Abbotts ethos but certain members in position of power most certainly are.
