Pros

- Great automated technology for work flows - Variety of CPE selections - Feed you well during busy season (as with other CPA firms in the area) - Comparable benefit packages - Managing principal is very generous on perks (sport & concerts tickets) - Nice premise, but limited parking spots

Cons

- Very insignificant training when I started. I have to eat hours trying to find out, or bother other staff/senior to help. - Very FEW managers/sr managers with sincere attitude in helping staff; most helpful activities I see are among staff/seniors; for others, "just follow prior year work papers!" - Odd chemistry between one of the male partners and a female senior that cause office preferential treatments - HR person gives odd vibes when around others (especially around males employees) - Finally, management doesn't always keep promise on compensation

Pros

The Company has a fantastic and flat work heirarchy, with many of the partners being extremely accessible even to first year staff. The diversity of clients is very good for the size of the firm, and the benefits and opportunities for advancement are great.

Cons

Problems exist, as with all public accounting firms, in the level of influence the company is able to bring to bear.
