Very unorganized management and team communication. THE MOST DIRTY restaurant i’ve ever worked in by far, food safety is at a huge concern there and the managers and owners won’t do anything to fix it, nor do they care about it. You will be overworked with no care from the management, the owners and management have huge favoritism on people they personally know that work there, ( The restaurant is family owned and all of the family employees that work there will have first say in what they ). Another thing with the disorganization, they will have different rules and ways of doing things everyday. From the cooks POV specifically , nobody will run food when you put it up no matter how many times you call for a runner. Food will sit up there for more than half an hour even when it’s not busy. A LOT could be improved.
